JAKARTA, AKURATNEWS.co – Ajang BRIT Awards 2025 yang baru saja digelar berlangsung meriah meski tanpa banyak kejutan. Tahun ini kemenangan besar diraih Charli XCX yang mendapat total lima piala.
Gelaran BRIT ke-45 dipandu oleh Jack Whitehall, berlangsung semarak di The O2 Arena, London Inggris. Sejumlah penampilan apik disuguhkan oleh Sabrina Carpenter, Teddy Swims, hingga Jade.
Namun acara yang digelar 1 Maret waktu Inggris itu jadi malam milik Charli XCX. Ia mengoleksi penghargaan di kategori Album of the Year, Song of the Year, Artist of the Year, Best Dance Act serta Songwriter of the Year.
Charli hampir menyapu bersih enam nominasi. Sayang di kategori Best Pop Act, ia harus mengakui keunggulan talenta hebat lainnya, Jade.
Acara ini juga memberikan tribut untuk Liam Payne yang meninggal secara tragis. Dan tak ada reuni One Direction seperti yang diharapkan fans.
